other directly, and conclude sales. This would result in overall economy of
resources, and cut costs for bringing the products/services to the users.

Buying & Selling, Tabulated Responses from the
Sellers, Comparison of certain Key Factors of the Offers, Corporate website
linkages, e-mail addresses of the contact persons, and other contact details of
the Companies are provided to the Members in their respective 'Member Zone(s)' for on-line
working. e-mail Alerts are also provided to Buyers and Sellers. The Portal facilitates up to pre-contract level activities through
e-Process. Beyond this, normal procurement process is expected to take place
amongst Partners supported through e-mails till fully integrated e-Business emerges. We would up-grade our Portal accordingly.

would also undertake, on fee basis, pre-contract work including negotiations
for those enterprises that wish to utilise our services. We have a team of
